One of the output of the project “Europe in the Future - Multifaceted and Unified” was Programme of the Network of towns “Open cities”. In the Action plan of the Programme there was collaborating project between Municipality of Aksakovo and Igualada. During the project was carried out workshop in Igualada to explore experience about integrated social services in Cataluña and International conference „Social one stop shop – a new approach to social inclusion” 25-27 September 2018, Varna. The best practices about social services was summarized in Handbook „Social one stop shop“.
